Services Included

Our maintenance subscription includes all services: chemicals, full pool or spa cleaning, and a complete system check and maintenance at each visit.

Billing

The first invoice covers the remainder of the first month’s maintenance. After that, payments are charged on the 2nd of each month for either weekly or bi-weekly maintenance, depending on your plan.

Equipment Warranty

ASA Pools & Spas is not responsible for, and provides no warranty on, any equipment in the engine or mechanical room, including pumps, filters, heaters, or plumbing/electrical parts.

Extra Services

Any services beyond basic maintenance—such as repairs, part replacements, or special cleanings—will result in an extra charge. We will always confirm with you before starting additional work.

Access

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the pool or spa on the scheduled service day. If we cannot access the pool, the visit may be skipped without refund.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We will refund the value of any remaining visits for the current month within 5–10 business days. No refunds are issued for completed visits.

Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing issues, normal wear and tear, or injuries or problems that happen outside of our maintenance visits.

Weather Delays

Severe weather or unsafe conditions may delay service. We will reschedule as soon as possible.
